Live @ the Jazz Standard, Vol. 1: Soulstice

by Gary Bartz Quartet

Matt Merewitz This is by far the best version of Walter Davis Jr’s “Uranus.” The band is on fire throughout. Gary’s longtime working band. This has been out I’d print for years and years. This record was so central to my high school listening. I lost the record years ago. So happy to see it reissued on Bandcamp.
